Using gentle, restorative sound, this immersive experience offers space to slow down, settle the nervous system and reconnect with yourself, supported by the acoustics of St Mary’s. This gathering takes place as winter draws to a close and we begin to prepare for Spring, a natural time to rest, review and open up to what’s next.
